FILLABLE FIELDS

You can create fillable fields in a program like DocHub after saving your PDF. Unfortunately, this template does NOT include fillable PDF fields because it's a Canva template only and Canva doesn't have that functionality.

If you wish to create fillable fields, first you must edit your template in Canva to your liking, save it as a PDF and then upload it to something like DocHub (which is free and easy to use) to create the fields.
